Terms & Conditions – Coastal Home Services
By booking a service with Coastal Home Services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Service Booking & Confirmation

Services can be booked via our website, phone, or customer support.

Bookings are confirmed based on technician availability.

Customers must provide accurate details regarding the issue, location, and contact information.
2. Service Delivery

We aim to provide service within 1–2 hours of booking, subject to technician availability and location.

In case of delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events, customers will be notified promptly.
3. Service Charges & Payments

Service charges are explained before work begins.

Payments must be made immediately after service completion via cash, UPI, debit/credit card, or online transfer.

Charges for spare parts and materials are additional and will be communicated in advance.
4. Warranty

All services include a 90-day warranty covering the work performed by our technicians.

Warranty does not cover:

Damages caused by misuse, negligence, or third-party intervention.

Consumables such as filters, batteries, bulbs, or fuses.
-
Issues arising from customer-provided spare parts.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

Last-minute cancellations after the technician is dispatched may incur a visit fee.
6. Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe and timely access to the premises for the technician.

Ensure all relevant information about the issue is disclosed.

Keep pets, valuables, and fragile items secure during service.
7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only under conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Service charges are non-refundable once the work is completed.
8. Limitation of Liability

Coastal Home Services is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damages in appliances, wiring, or plumbing.

Indirect losses such as downtime, inconvenience, or business loss.

Damages caused by faulty customer-supplied parts.

9. Technician Safety
-
Customers must ensure a safe working environment.
-
Technicians have the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
