Emergency requests may be accommodated based on technician availability.
3. Response Time

Standard service will be provided within 1–2 hours of booking (subject to technician availability and location).

For scheduled appointments, our team will confirm the time slot in advance.
4. Warranty on Services

All services come with a 90-day service warranty.

If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will provide free repair/service.

Warranty is applicable only to the service performed by our technicians and does not cover parts or damages caused by misuse, external factors, or third-party interventions.
5. Spare Parts & Materials

Spare parts, if required, will be charged separately.

Customers may choose to provide their own parts; however, Coastal Home Services will not be liable for the quality or warranty of customer-supplied materials.
6. Service Limitations

Our warranty does not cover:

Damage due to negligence, mishandling, or external causes (e.g., power surges, water damage).

Services performed by other technicians after our repair.

Consumable items such as filters, batteries, or bulbs.

7. Payments

Payment is due immediately after service completion.

We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and online transfers.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any charges.

Last-minute cancellations may incur a nominal visit fee.
9. Customer Responsibilities
